Jessaca Latteier is our Employee Benefits Practice Leader. In this role, Jessaca is responsible for bringing creative thought and comprehensive solutions to our client’s employee experience.
As Practice Leader, she bridges the conversation across all elements of risk management. Having Jessaca at the table ensures that Blue Harbor is thinking outside of industry silos to;
• Expertly build and create benefits programs that protect the workforce population
• Meet the needs of the organization’s growth objectives
• Embody the company’s culture
Prior to joining HUB, Jessaca was the Vice President of Operations for a regional brokerage, where she led the strategy and service team and mentored and trained the next generation of insurance consultants for the firm. Prior to her time in the industry, Jessaca sat on the buyer’s side with a national trucking company where she managed the clinical operations, negotiated the benefits, and sponsored population health risk programs.
Being a consultant across multiple facets of business has led to Jessaca’s unique perspective when it comes to employee benefits. From her time as a Clinical Director to a Business Coach, she brings cross functional experience to the conversation, ensuring that HUB International is meeting all of our clients’ business needs. She’s walked in the shoes of many of our clients, and understands the business, financial, and cultural needs of the organizations we serve.
