Senior Vice President, HUB Southwest
Jim Clements is a Senior Vice President at HUB International – Southwest, based in Scottsdale, Arizona. He joined HUB in 2020 following the acquisition of The Clements Agency, a family-owned insurance firm he helped build alongside his father and brother.
Jim began his career in the beverage industry, spending five years with Dr Pepper/Seven Up in Texas and California. In 2003, he returned to Arizona to join the family business, where he played a pivotal role in expanding operations, including the establishment of the Scottsdale office.

He holds a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation and earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from Saint John’s University in Collegeville, Minnesota, where he also played collegiate football.
