Jonathan Muscatello is one of our Employee Benefits Strategists here in HUB Southwest. In this role, Jonathan is responsible for bringing creative thought and comprehensive solutions to our client’s employee experience.

As a strategist, he bridges the conversation across all elements of risk management. Having Jonathan at the table ensures our clients are thinking outside of industry silos to:

• Expertly build and create benefits programs that protect the workforce population
• Meet the needs of the organization’s growth objectives
• Embody the company’s culture

Prior to joining HUB, Jonathan was a Vice President of Employee Benefits for USI Insurance, where he worked with employers to create a strategic and data driven approach to their benefit offerings. Prior to his time at USI, Jonathan worked for Automatic Data Processing (ADP). At ADP Jonathan, determined challenges businesses were facing around health benefits, workers compensation, and talent shortage to provide sustainable solutions.

Jonathan earned his bachelor’s degree in Communication and Rhetoric from the University of Pittsburgh.
