Jordan Zwenger serves as a Senior Financial Consultant at HUB International, where he brings a deep understanding of underwriting, financial strategy, and employee benefits to support clients across diverse industries. Since joining HUB in 2020, he has become a trusted advisor on all aspects of self-funded benefit plans—including medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision.

Jordan’s responsibilities include developing and managing client budgets, contribution modeling, advanced claims analytics, and validating market-competitive plan designs. He regularly supports contract negotiations, pricing evaluations, and ad hoc financial reporting, helping clients make informed decisions that balance cost control with employee value.

Before joining HUB, Jordan was a Senior Medical Underwriter at Cigna Medical Group. There, he managed a large portfolio of existing clients while underwriting new business opportunities in key Western U.S. markets—including Arizona, Southern California, and Nevada. His dual experience with both underwriting and consulting gives him a uniquely well-rounded perspective on the financial dynamics of employee benefits.

Jordan earned degrees in Economics and Finance from Arizona State University, and holds a Certificate in International Business from the University of Economics in Prague. His analytical background, global perspective, and strong client service orientation make him an asset to the HUB team and the clients he serves.
