Before joining HUB, Kyle spent more than 13 years with Hillstone Restaurant Group, ultimately serving as Executive General Manager. In this role, he oversaw multiple high-performing locations, directed complex operations, and developed a reputation for cultivating strong teams and delivering consistent results in high-pressure environments. As one of a select group of leaders entrusted with the final stage of candidate evaluation, he held decision-making authority on hiring for all guest-facing positions and corporate roles. He also mentored and advanced employees at every career stage, from server to general manager, while guiding managers through cross-functional transitions in both culinary and front-of-house leadership.
 
Earlier in his career, Kyle worked in the insurance industry, where he built foundational expertise in risk advisory. He studied Engineering Management at the University of Arizona on a full academic scholarship, also pursuing minors in Chemistry and Mathematics.
